Emergency Contraception

We offer free emergency contraception (EC), like the brand Plan B, to anyone who needs it. EC is a pill designed to prevent pregnancy up to 72 hours or 3 days after unprotected sex. Some pills can prevent pregnancy up to 5 days.

Pregnancy Test

We donate large amounts of pregnancy tests to community organizations around Portland. We also offer these on an individual basis, to anyone who needs one, free of charge.

Abortion Aftercare Kits

Individuals we support will often receive an Abortion Aftercare Kit. These kits include basic necessities like menstrual pads, disposable heating pads, pain medication like Ibuprofen, and a thermometer. We also include things like herbal tea, chocolate, warm socks, snacks, a tealight and more. We will delivery abortion aftercare kits to you in the Portland area, free of charge.
